Technical Trainer

RankStudio is a US-based digital services agency specializing in digital marketing, AI consulting, and business operations. We are small, remote, and growing fast.

We are looking for a Technical Trainer who teaches technical tools clearly, in excellent English. You will train people on technical tools and workflows and make sure they come away able to actually use them. The entire value of this role rests on clarity, and clarity here depends on flawless English.

What You'll Do

• Train people on technical tools and workflows
• Explain technical material clearly to audiences of varying skill levels
• Make sure trainees leave able to apply what they learned, not just nod along

Requirements

Must Have

• Perfect, near-native English. This is a hard requirement, stated plainly and meant literally. Spoken and written.
• Very strong command of technical tools
• The ability to make technical material clear and easy to follow

Nice to Have

• Prior training or instructional experience
• Comfort with AI tools

Employment Terms

• Hours: 8 AM to 12 PM and/or 1 PM to 5 PM Pacific Time
• Schedule: Part-time (20 hrs/week) or full-time (40 hrs/week)
• Equipment: Company-provided virtual machine; reliable internet required
• Vacation: 4% accrual, approximately 4 days per 100 days worked
• Holidays: US federal holidays included as paid days off
